Pharaoh Tutankhamun was born around 1341 BCE duringthe late Eighteenth Dynasty of ancient Egypt. Born and raised in the royal city of Akhetaten. Generally believed to be the son of the pharaoh Akhenaten. Died unexpectedly around the age of 18 or 19. Became king at approximately nine years old. King Tutankhamen was largely erased from history until his tomb was discovered in the 1900s. His tomb and mummy are still being studied using high-tech tools.
