Hey, I’m Dan—a global strategist and music and entertainment industry executive with nearly 25 years of experience building brands at the convergence of culture, fandom, and commerce.

Today, I serve as Senior Vice President, Strategy & New Ventures at Bravado, Universal Music Group’s global merchandising and brand management division. I lead strategy, corporate development, and new venture creation focused on expanding beyond traditional merchandise into scalable, multi-category platforms built around IP, NIL, and long-term enterprise value.

Before Bravado, I spearheaded Fanatics’ entry into the music and entertainment space and served as Senior Vice President at Warner Music Group, overseeing global e-commerce, tour merchandising, CRM, VIP Experiences, ticketing, and fan clubs.

In between, I ran my own strategic advisory practice, working with consumer, media, and commerce-driven businesses and funds at the intersection of culture and fandom, including work with Spotify, FootballCo and Suno. During that time, I also served as an advisor to Atvenu and Oxford Pennant and briefly as CEO of Loud House Group, helping guide the company out of stealth and into market.

Earlier in my career, I was a visiting professor at William Paterson, oversaw business development for Roadrunner Records, very briefly practiced entertainment law at The Davis Firm, and ran the legendary Fat Beats. I am a board member of Merch Co., a certified USA Boxing Trainer, and an occasional op-ed writer.

When not in the office, on the road, or at a show, I can usually be found obsessing over my wife, kids, dogs, Nina Simone, New York hardcore music, and boxing.

Be Bold; Be Kind.
